Located one block from the 125th St 4/5/6, about 5 minutes from MetroNorth, and a 12-minute walk to the 125th St 1/2/3 train. The M60 bus to Laguardia airport and UWS is also just one block away. Food Bazaar is one block away, and Whole Foods is walkable as well. Lots of nearby green space, including Randall’s Island and Marcus Garvey Park.

This would be a great spot for couples, families, and we’re open to roommate situations for the right people. It’d be a convenient spot for students at Columbia especially, but also an easy commute to Fordham, NYU, CUNY, etc.

The furniture situation is negotiable. We can take or leave certain items depending on the needs of the renter. Pets also negotiable/on a case by case basis.
