My furnished 1-bedroom apartment (52 sqm) is available for the winter. It’s a very clean and cozy space, built for cooking, lounging, art-making, and listening to music.

The apartment is in a modern building with an elevator and all new amenities: heated wood floors, excellent insulation, a bathtub, washing machine, dishwasher, and a balcony that overlooks a beautiful park. I have strong wifi, bluetooth speakers, a projector, and a record player. It’s perfect for one person or a couple.

Location:
The apartment is in a great location — right between the U7 and U8 and several bus routes, making it easy to reach Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Mitte. Even easier by bike: there’s a Nextbike and Lime station directly across the street. Two grocery stores and several charming neighborhoods are within walking distance, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Availability & Rent:
Available from December 17 through the end January, and potentially the first week of February. Rent can be prorated and adjusted slightly depending on the exact length of your stay, though preference will go to someone who can take the full period.
The listing is in USD, but rent is 1650 euros per month, all-inclusive.

Other details:
I have a cat who will not be in the apartment during your stay. It will be professionally cleaned before you arrive, but if you’re allergic to cats, this might not be the best fit.

I really love my home and designed it to be an inviting and generative space. It's not a place for parties, but I'd love to share it with someone seeking a peaceful home for the winter.
