This is a queer household looking for a queer/ally roommate and you would be sharing the house with one other person. One of your bedrooms currently has a bed in it, which can be kept or removed depending on your preference. Open to furnishing a whole bedroom for the tenant if needed.

I am a 34 year old who works at a local college full time and I will be your only roommate. I also run a local queer small business, and end up being pretty busy in general. I am quiet and peaceful in the home, and have one or two people over at a time, mostly in my own private room space. I am a social person and like to be able to have a social relationship with my roommate, either passing chats or other things. I am open to splitting chores - deep cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen is handled by the cleaner. The cats also sleep in my room at night and I will handle all care for them.
