Rent is $2400 + $1200 security deposit and includes utilities and wifi. Proof of previous rent payments, credit check, and paystubs required. You’ll also have to meet my landlord before subletting.

Augst 6-13 Sublet (flexible dates)

Rent is $55/day + $300 security deposit and includes utilities and wifi.

The apartment (Eckford & Nassau)

2.5 br 1 bath and with a large kitchen, living room, and private backyard. The apartment gets lots of sunlight!

- 5 min walk to Nassau G and McCarren Park
- Laundromat around the corner
- Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and polish bakeries
- Asian & shoes off household
- Must be ok with cats

My current roommate is going back to school and leaving nyc.
