Subletting beautiful 2 bdrms for July!

Hello! We will be gone for the month of July and are looking for subletters. Our apartment is located 5 minutes from the Pulaski Bridge in Greenpoint, in a very nice building with a gym, courtyard, and rooftop.
The apartment is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit on the 3rd floor, furnished and facing the courtyard. We have a six-year-old, so the second bedroom is set up as a kid's room with toys.
The rent is $3,050 per month (excluding ConEd and internet, which total around $200/month + we ask for the payment of our cleaning lady at the end of the stay - $150. We will pay for her to come before you arrive :)).
Additionally, we have a cleaning lady who can come mid-July for $150, if you are interested.

My name is Álex, and I’m originally from Spain but have been living in NY for the past 16 years. I have a 6-year-old boy and have been living in Greenpoint for the past 9 years. We love the neighborhood and our home. We spend many afternoons chilling in the courtyard with the other neighbors, and the sense of community is great!

Our building requires a rental application and a sublet agreement with us, and they will run a soft background check.
We ask for $500 as a deposit. If you cancel the leasing agreement 7 days before the start of the lease, we will not refund the deposit. At the end of the stay, we will discount the utilities from those $500 and return to you whatever was not used (we will attach the invoices, of course).
