The apartment is a third-floor walk-up on Driggs Ave, two and a half blocks from the Bedford L and a short walk to the G, McCarren Park (one block away), and Whole Foods. Bright, quiet street with easy access to cafes, groceries, and the neighborhood’s core without feeling chaotic.

The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, dresser, shelving, and lamps. High ceilings and a large floor-to-ceiling window bring in strong direct natural light through the day. The space feels open, warm, and is thoughtfully set up as a home.

Shared apartment includes in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, AC/heat, and rooftop access. Kitchen and living room are really well maintained and kept free of clutter.

You’ll be living with two Parsons students — very respectful, clean, and considerate. This is a calm, home-oriented apartment.

About This Lister

We are 3 best friends and Parsons students in our second year, but I am traveling abroad for the semester therefore looking for a sublease for that time.

The roommates that will be living in the apartment are 2 kind boys studying fashion design and fashion business, we all care about keeping a calm and clean home that lets us be comfortable.

We all clean after ourselves and take shared care of the shared spaces by communicating well what is needed from all of us. The bare minimum is leaving the kitchen and space used as we find it, however we understand that we are all human and when situations arrive we try to be as clear and communicative as possible.

We all live very active lives so are often not in the apartment during the day. We all generally wake up early (7-8am) and go to bed at reasonable times. All of us prioritize our health and wellness so all cleaning products, detergent, soaps, etc.. are fully clean, scent-free, and without any harmful ingredients. We have shower filters, stainless steel cooking supplies, eat simple/whole foods, etc..
