Looking for someone to sublet our apartment while we travel.
It’s a very comfortable apartment a 4 minute walk from the A, C, B, D lines (express and local). 145th st.
We have set up our bedroom in the smaller office space, so there’s one big additional living room with an office and TV.
The apartment faces the inner courtyard, so is very quiet and has a nice view of the trees.
Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
