August 1st (flexible move-in dates) - 1 or 3 month sublet

The primary bedroom is garden level, has a private entrance, and hall to the shared living space. Furnished with only a full size bed, dresser, desk, and storage.

Rent is $2400 + $1200 security deposit and includes utilities and wifi. For longer sublets, proof of previous rent payments, credit check, and paystubs required. You’ll also have to meet my landlord before subletting.

You'll be living with me! I'm often out of town and between nyc/london so I would need someone who doesn't mind looking after my cat while I'm gone!

The apartment (Eckford & Nassau)

2.5 br 1 bath and with a large kitchen, living room, and private backyard. The apartment gets lots of sunlight!

- 5 min walk to Nassau G and McCarren Park
- Laundromat around the corner
- Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and polish bakeries
- Asian & shoes off household
- Must be ok with cats

My current roommate is going back to school and leaving nyc.

Looking for a student or working professional 25+, someone who doesn’t bring the party home, and is respectful of the shared space. Cleans up after cooking and doesn’t smoke inside.
