Hey there! I'm subletting my wonderful, furnished, 1 bedroom ADU in Glendale for the summer. I love this place — it's bright, cozy like a cabin, with a big yard and lots of privacy :)

Available June 1st through August 15th, though I'm a bit flexible (could be open to a later end date) ~ most important thing for me is finding the right fit! Looking for someone respectful (to my stuff and neighbors), kind, and responsible (ideally would be down to water my plants once a week).

More about my place: it's your own little private house, no roommates (landlord lives in main house on the other side of the shared yard - very chill) with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, closet, and bathroom (with a bath!). There's a brand new queen size bed, lots of cookbooks, a big orange tree, private laundry outside, AC/heater in the wall, what else?? Just ask... it's just a really nice place to live.

Tucked away on a quiet tree-lined street with lots of street parking, very close to mini kabob and the Americana. It's a sweet, quiet neighborhood 10-15 minutes from Silver lake, Los Feliz, Atwater, etc.

Money deets: rent is $2250 + a small amount of utilities every month (usually around $100) :)

I'll be showing my place this Thursday or Friday (May 28th/29th), and hopefully making a decision by June 1st if it's not feeling too rushed. If you're interested, please respond with a bit about yourself and some times you're free Thursday or Friday to come see the place.
