the apartment is in the 5th FL of a prewar building (with elevator!). washer/dryer in the basement.

two blocks away from N/W Broadway stop, and 10 blocks from M/R Steinway. tons of grocery store's within walking distance. cozy & chill neighborhood.

roommate is very lowkey, keeps to himself, is clean & passes the vibe check.
