We’re subletting our fully furnished duplex apartment while we’re away on extended travel in Europe.

The apartment is a new-build duplex in Bed-Stuy with 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a private backyard.

Upstairs is the main living level, which includes:
* The bedroom
* Full bathroom with heated floors
* Open kitchen and dining area
* Dishwasher
* Central heating and cooling
* Great natural light

Downstairs functions as a separate living/lounge level and includes:
* A large, comfortable sectional and TV area
* Additional closet and storage space
* Half bathroom
* In-unit washer and dryer

The backyard is fully furnished and one of my fav parts of the apartment. It includes a gas fire pit, grill, Blackstone flat top, outdoor dining table, cushioned seating, and a hose. It’s a quiet and private outdoor space.

The building is well maintained and quiet, located close to the Utica Ave A and Kingston Throop C lines, with easy access to the rest of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Hi! I’m Ivana. I live here with my husband, Nolan. We’re both designers and work together at the design agency I run. Nolan previously worked in fashion, and I came from a tech startup background.

We’ve lived in the apartment since 2023 and absolutely love it. It’s cozy, clean, and brand new, with great amenities and a layout that makes it easy to both relax and host. We regularly have friends over, the space is perfect for cooking, hanging out, and gathering, and the kitchen has pretty much every appliance you could think of.

One of our favorite things about the apartment is the balance: it’s quiet and calm, but still incredibly well connected. We can get to Soho in about 30 minutes, which has made it an ideal home base for work and social life.

We’re subletting while we escape the winter and head to Europe for a few months with our bikes. We’ll be the main point of contact during the sublet, though we won’t be onsite. Our landlords are friends of ours and are incredibly responsive and easy to work with.

We’re hoping to find someone respectful and thoughtful who will enjoy the space and take good care of it while we’re away.
