- Comes furnished with a full-size bed, desk, and spacious closet
- 2 other roommates, Black women in their 30s, and a small elderly dog (sorry, no other pets allowed)
- Washer/Dryer in unit
- 2 blocks from Herbert Von King Park
- 8-minute walk to either Myrtle-Willoughby or Bedford-Nostrand G
- 5 minute walk from grocery stores and coffee shops

We are a chill household looking for another woman/femme-of-color subletter. The ideal subletter is clean, responsible, clear communicator, and will not bring the party home. About This Lister

The two other roommates are Black women in their 30s who work outside of the home during the day and enjoy spending time at home in the evenings and during the weekends. One of the roommates has a small elderly Yorkie dog, who is well-tempered and mostly hangs in the common spaces. We have a weekly cleaning schedule where we rotate tasks (bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc). We are a chill household who enjoy sharing a conversation and occasional meals in common spaces and otherwise respect each other's space. Ideally, the subletter also fits this description and will contribute to cleaning responsibilities.
