It is the best workspace I’ve ever had, and is in a great neighborhood with so many wonderful aspects to it, including being surrounded by other artists, galleries, and residency programs in the building, being close to the water and the park, etc….too many perks to list ! if you know Dumbo, you know what it’s like to be in the area. And the bldg has an amazing roof deck with 360 views of the city and river.

It’s an ideal studio for hosting visits- big expanses of wall, good work tables, everything on casters. You can hang things on the wall and not have to patch holes when you leave (within reason). Most art ppl are familiar with the building.

It's a clean, secure environment in a doorman and elevator bldg. with a freight elevator and loading docks.

My limitations:
No toxic fumes, no super messy or dusty work. I will keep 1/4 of the space for storage and may need occasional access.
