The apartment is spacious, has rooftop access, wood floors, a soaking tub, two large closets, and is located in a beautiful, vibrant neighborhood, a few blocks away from Prospect Park!
The building has an elevator and laundry is available offsite around the corner.

5 minute walk from Parkside Ave. Q and 8 minute walk from the Church Ave. BQ with all your grocery, library, restaurant needs in the vicinity.

I prefer to sublet for the whole period, though the start and end dates are flexible. I would like to share the space with other BIPOC &/or queer individuals invested in treating the space with care <3
