Hi! I’m subletting my two-room suite (bedroom + office) in a three-bedroom apartment in Ridgewood while I attend a low-residency MFA program this summer.
The two rooms are on one end of the apartment, creating a sense of privacy, while my roommate occupies the primary bedroom on the other end.

Bedroom is quiet and dark (great for sleeping)
Office is bright with beautiful natural light

Note: Rent reflects included utilities/internet and AC use during peak summer months.

I’m a New York–based artist and producer, and I’ll be pursuing the first year of my graduate degree this summer.
I’m looking for someone to sublet my bedroom and studio-office in lovely Ridgewood.
I’m a very creative person, and this two-room setup is incredibly special to me—the studio-office is where I work and create, while the bedroom is truly a quiet, cave-like space for rest. I feel so grateful to have a dedicated separation between living and creative practices.
My roommate is a writer and editor who works from home!
We keep an exceptionally neat and well-maintained home and are looking for someone who shares that same level of care. For example, we load dishes directly into the dishwasher, vacuum regularly, and keep the bathroom clean and uncluttered, with toiletries stored away.
We both use she/her pronouns!
If interested, please reach out with a bit about yourself and your living style.
From there, we’ll schedule a FaceTime with both my roommate and me—we’ve built a really special home and want to find the right fit.
Rent is required upfront. There is flexibility to extend into September, and I’m also open to a later June start date.
