I am a 30 year old female (she/her) who has lived in NYC for the past 3 years. I work in the office five days a week. I have absolutely loved the space and am in the process of finding a roommate for the summer months. I am an introvert/extrovert and would love to share the space with someone who is respectful (i.e doesn't play music too loud), keeps their apartment pretty clean, and is considerate if inviting friends over.
