Herbalist/artist/copywriter looking for summer subletter!

- 2br apartment in Williamsburg, 8 min walk from Lorimer L and 10 min walk from Lorimer JMZ
- queen size bed in spacious primary bedroom, twin bed in smaller bedroom
- older building/no frills, but convenient, spacious, great light
- great for couples, friends, or one person
- fully furnished. I’ll be leaving my stuff, (and my daughter’s stuff) so looking for someone comfortable with that, but closets, drawers, shelf space, and any small items will be cleared as much as possible)
- feel free to use linens, condiments, cookware, etc
- no shoes in the house please
- no parties, looking for someone clean and responsible
- AC unit living room and primary bed room. Can set up an additional AC in the smaller bedroom for an additional $100
