Our apartment is a tranquil space with clean aesthetics, well-suited to reflection and convenient living. It would suit someone looking to stay in a prime location in Mexico City for two months this summer with a fully equipped kitchen.

THE SPACE

Light-filled 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom penthouse on the third floor of a quiet, architecturally-considered building with full-time concierge. High ceilings and generous proportions throughout. A private roof terrace opens onto leafy Avenida Mazatlán. Please note there is no elevator.

The apartment is fully furnished with modern amenities, including washing machine, as well as dishwasher. Utilities and service charges are included. Cleaning and water delivery are paid directly in cash and are not included in the rent – we're happy to help set both up on arrival.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is nestled in one of Mexico City's most walkable residential enclaves, surrounded by tree-lined streets and a short stroll away from Parque México and Parque España, as well as the green expanses of Bosque de Chapultapec

Great public transport links – a short walk to Metro Patriotismo (Línea 9) and Juanacatlán (Línea 1). Ecobici stations are plentiful throughout the neighbourhood. On Sunday mornings, the adjacent road closes to traffic for cyclists.

Convenient access to the best of Mexico City's culinary scene across Condesa, Roma Norte, San Miguel Chapultepec and Juárez, with Polanco and Lomas a short drive away.

Easy access to galleries and museums, including Museo Tamayo, Museo Jumex, Museo Nacional de Antropología, kurimanzutto, and many more.

About This Lister

We are both visual artists working with sculpture and ceramics. After time spent in London and Los Angeles, Mexico City has become our home base. We'll be returning to London for the summer and would like to offer our apartment in the meantime.

Listings Project was instrumental in helping us find the ideal studio and living space in Los Angeles, and we deeply appreciated the personal connections that helped us settle into the city. By sharing our home, we'd love for someone else in this community to find the same sense of home that we did.
