I am looking for someone who would like to sublet the summer. I'll be out of the city for most of the time, tho from time to time may come to pick up tools from my storage.

I am a sculptor and photographer who works also with performance. I use the space for a combination of movement, photography/video, and sculpture. My art practice has evolved towards carving wood and stone, so I have setups for both clean and dirty work. Currently the space is set for clean, and I will not be there.

Studio is part of a group of artists, in a building filled with many other working artists studios. I will be away working on other projects, though may need to pick up things from the studio. To determine the rent, I have deducted the square footage my space and storage occupies from the overall rent of the space.
