About This Lister

I was born and raised in Hong Kong, studied in California, and moved to New York City twenty years ago. My partner is originally from Nebraska, also an EU citizen, and lived in Egypt and the Gulf for about five years. I am a fashion designer and my partner does leadership development and executive coaching.

We recently bought this beautiful home and are starting a new chapter together - splitting time between New York City where I work during the week, and (long) weekends here. My partner works partially from home and is able to spend more time here. This is our primary residence now.

Cooking, traveling, hiking, meeting new people, movies, jogging, swimming, are some of our favorite pastimes.

We are looking for someone considerate, responsible, and respectful with good vibes. Open communication is important to us in a tenant. We value healthy living, creativity, kindness, and looking out for each other. We welcome tenant from anywhere in the world.

No tobacco or drug use in the apartment. No pets (plants welcome!)
