It’s a very modern 1 bedroom with steam room/sauna, rooftop park, private terrace, amazing gym, grocery in building etc. Lots of light. So cozy and full of vibes and lovely plants.

FULL PRICE includes:
- rent
- super fast internet
- amenities
- electricity
- BOMB surround sound system

Security required depending on the situation.

Must be willing to water plants or allow someone in once a week to do so!

$125 MONTHLY cleaning fee (I pay her hourly and it depends on the level of mess left)

Rate is slightly flexible for longer stays. Prioritizing longer stays!

I have alot of nice comfort things in my apartment like super soft blankets and nice cookware -- please treat it like your special home!
