This is the perfect central downtown location. 1 block from Noho, Bowery and 2 from LES. Nearby neighborhoods: Nolita, Astor Place, Gramercy and Greenwich/ WSP are all under a 10 minute walk. Walk 2 minutes down to the F train and go wherever you want in the city. Or stay local... There are TONS of great coffee shops wine shops, restaurants, etc literally right on this block. There's nothing like being in downtown manhattan.

Living room has lots of authentic collected vintage/ modern furniture and seating for guests etc. Extremely fast wifi (1GB download speed) which is perfect for working from home/ doing video calls.
