Currently charging $1275 monthly rent (plus utilities). Deposit required. No cats, but additional dogs okay if Daisy the pup approves.

Elevator building built in 1935. Back entrance has a non-ADA-compliant ramp. Five avenue blocks from Prospect Park! According to GoogleMaps, 7 min walk to the Church B/Q and 14 min to the Church 2/5.
