The space comes fully furnished with everything you need: a very comfortable bed (adjustable bed frame + Tempur Pedic mattress) with Eight Sleep, Timothy Oulton cloud sofas, Samsung Frame TV, home office (with a large monitor and printer) set-up, WiFi, a dining table, a full & well-equipped kitchen, a heated bidet toilet, and more storage than you'd expect. There's also a digital piano, bass and guitars for anyone musically inclined. There is air conditioning (as well as skylights) in each of the living room, bedroom, and the loft home office, and we have an extra space heater.

It's a walk-up, but the close proximity to the subway, multiple grocery stores and famous green markets, as well as hundreds of incredible restaurants/bars makes up for the effort. The apartment will be very clean when you arrive, and we can collaborate on which items we move to storage or keep in the apartment for you.

About This Lister

We are the current tenants and have been living in this beautiful apartment for three years. We will be traveling during the sublet period, but we have great relations with the landlord and have close friends nearby that can help with anything.

My wife has a mountain of restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood. We are regulars at a local Muay Thai gym. We, clearly, love plants and our cat, El, is an angel. We have friends who will gladly have her, but if you love cats, you'll love El.

This could be a good fit for individuals / couples relocating to NYC and settling into the neighborhood. There may be an opportunity to extend the sublease, though this isn’t something we can guarantee at this stage.
