It’s $2,500/month (heavily discounted since my sweet cat Violet will be staying in the apartment), and I’m flexible on dates — August is also available and I’m happy to prorate. The space features a separate workspace, cozy dining nook, in-unit washer/dryer, garage parking, and no shared walls for added privacy. Located on a beautiful, quiet street, it’s fully walkable to all that Los Feliz has to offer. I can also provide access to my car if needed.

I’m a working professional in my 30s who loves my home and the Los Feliz neighborhood. When I’m not traveling, I enjoy yoga, hiking, and exploring all the amazing restaurants nearby. Since I travel often, if you enjoy your stay and ever need to return to LA, we could even make it a regular arrangement.
