A bright, peaceful south-facing 1-bedroom apartment is available for a long-term sublet starting May 1st. I’m looking for a considerate, responsible subletter who can commit for at least 3 months (through August) and who will treat the space with care and respect.

This apartment has been a true home for me, thoughtfully decorated and lovingly maintained, and I’m hoping to find someone who will appreciate it in the same way while I’m living abroad.

- The building itself is very quiet; neighbors are friendly and mostly keep to themselves.

- ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Electric or gas usage exceeding $100/month will be billed separately.
- There is no washer/dryer in the building, but I regularly use a nearby wash-and-fold service with pickup/drop-off, which is super convenient and reasonably priced.
- Comparable furnished 1-BR rentals in this part of Clinton Hill list well above this price, making this an excellent value for a longer-term stay.

*The Neighborhood*
Clinton Hill is one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived. It offers the perfect balance of green, tree-lined streets, beautiful brownstones, and a strong sense of community, while still being lively and well-connected.
Some favorite nearby spots include: Entre Nous, Place des Fêtes, Speedy Romeo, Locanda, to name just a few.
All just a few steps away, along with excellent cafes, bars, and grocery options. This is truly a prime Brooklyn location.

About This Lister

I work in strategy and operations, and I have been living in NYC for several years (I deeply love this city). I’ve lived in this apartment for approximately 2.5 years, and it’s been carefully decorated and maintained during that time.

I’ll be moving abroad, which is why I’m subletting the apartment for the remainder of my lease.
