Starting September 1, I’m subletting my spacious, bright 1 bedroom apartment in Ridgewood, Queens through September 1st of 2026. It’s a third-floor walk-up with high ceilings and every window looks out onto the canopy of trees lining our block. This is a top floor unit so if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to work or return home to after a long day-- enjoy strolls, runs, or bike rides through the very green Brooklyn-Queens streets, this might be the place for you.
This is an LGBTQ+friendly, non-smoking household. Please share vaccination status when you inquire.
Sublet Availability:
I'll be renting the apartment from September 1st 2025 - September 1st 2026 for $2825 a month– heat included. Internet and electricity is paid by the subletter. Internet is $95 and electricity depends on use ranging from $50-$100 with AC.

-Nearby Grover Cleveland Park for BBQs, chess, basketball, sunning, and a dusk views of the manhattan skyline
-Close to grocery stores, laundromats, dry cleaners, coffee shops, local butchers, produce markets, long standing hardware and landscaping stores, shoe and zipper repair, bakeries— all within walking distance
I live in a tight-knit 12-unit building with long-term residents and families where everyone looks out for each other. I’m looking for someone who is warm and respectful to their neighbors. The wellbeing of the building is very important. Music loud enough to be heard through neighboring walls and late night noise will not be accepted to protect quality of life for all tenants here.
Someone who wants to be part of an environment like that, is tidy, makes a practice of caring for their space, doesn't leave the dishes too long

I’m prioritizing applicants who will treat the place and the furniture with care and consistency. I’ve invested a lot into my space and the things I’ve collected over the years, so someone who appreciates those kinds of touches and keeping an orderly home is much appreciated. Also, someone who can water my plants please!
I’d love to get to know you a bit— please send over a short introduction along with your socials or CV. Please send airbnb reviews or reference information for someone you’ve rented from on Listings Project to build the necessary trust to welcome you into my home.
