It’s a third-floor walk-up with high ceilings and every window offers a view onto the canopy of trees lining our block. This is a top floor unit so if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to work or return home to after a long day-- enjoy strolls, runs, or bike rides through the very green Brooklyn-Queens streets, this might be the place for you.

Sublet Availability:

I'll be renting the apartment for the first two weeks of June and again for a longer sublet from July 1 - October 1. There is some flexibility on move out dates and even the potential to extend for the right fit

June 1–12: $1,400 (includes electric, internet, and AC)

July 1–October 1: $2,600/month plus electric and internet

-No TV (for now) but there's a console available if you'd like to bring your own

I live in a 12-unit building with long-term residents and families. I’m looking for someone who is warm and respectful to their neighbors and looks out for the wellbeing of the building.

Someone who is tidy and makes a practice of caring for their space, doesn't leave the dishes too long, and doesn't mind keeping the plants hydrated.
