Hi! My roommate is moving out at the end of our lease and I am looking for a clean and considerate person to fill his room! Our lease is up on 9/15 but he is looking for apartments starting 9/1 so we can likely be flexible on the move in date!

About the room:
The bedroom is pretty big and has a walk in closet. The entire apartment gets a ton of beautiful natural light! It fits a full or queen bed, dresser, desk, a previous roommate even had a peloton.

About the apartment:
This is a two bed/1 bath apartment so we would share all the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living space, etc). The common area feels quite spacious thanks to the floor to ceiling windows! When you walk in there is a coat closet and another little closet with our very own washer / dryer.

About the building:
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator, a large shared backyard with seating and BBQs, and a lovely roof deck with a great view of Manhattan. We are located on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed-stuy and in close walking distance to Fort Greene, Crown Heights, and Prospect Heights. There are incredible restaurants, bars, and bakeries within minutes of the apartment! The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the Franklin C/ Shuttle. Commute into Manhattan is ~15 minutes.

About you:
You are considerate and don't need to be told when to clean up after yourself/ contribute to household chores. You are not someone who brings the party home (late a night).
