In this beautiful old brownstown, you'll find hardwood floors, high ceilings and three large south-facing windows that provide lots of light all day long. This serene spot looks over a block's worth of lush gardens, and the pre-war construction means you'll never hear the neighbors.

The apartment is furnished with a full-sized Tempurpedic bed, large couch, TV console, blackout curtains, two desks, and a powerful new Midea A/C. There's one large completely empty closet and storage scattered throughout. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.) and linens are provided.

Apartment is the back-half of the second floor, up one flight of stairs (no elevator). No laundry in the building, but a great wash and fold place nearby. Lovely and accessible landlord who's aware of the sublet situation.

Located two blocks away from the 7th Ave B/Q and two blocks away from the Grand Army 2/3 express trains, you're minutes from Manhattan, but also surrounded by amazing restaurants, shops, bars, and museums right here! The stoop of this brownstone is incredible and Prospect Park is basically your backyard. Living the Brooklyn dream here :)

The apartment will be completely devoid of all my personal possessions, but sharing photos of it when it was full. The last few photos are the most accurate representation of what’s currently in the space and how it’s arranged.
