Rent is $2,955 plus whatever the electricity bill is (electricity bills usually range between $40- $100 depending on use).

I am an actor and ideally would like to find someone who is ok with my giving minimum four weeks notice if for some reason I need to move back into the apartment early. The same courtesy
would be given to the subtenant if they needed to leave early for whatever reason.
