We are subletting our bright and cozy home and artist space. We are seeking to have a responsible person or a couple for at least one year.

This is a three floors corner house. The landlord lives in the first floor. We live in the second and third floor,. The first floor has a big kitchen with enough surfaces, one bathroom, a huge living and dining room, and one large bedroom with a queen size bed. The second floor is our art studio, where you can also used as a bedroom. All the house have high ceilings, huge windows and natural light throughout the day.

Location: 5 minutes walk to the D train 21 st. Station .
There are restaurants, laundry and many grocery stores.

WiFi, gas and water are included. You will need to pay the ConEdison bill which is the electric bill, and the internet.

The neighborhood is pretty quiet.

We are looking for a no smoking person, no parties, and sorry no pets.

We are a creative couple living in NYC for the last 16 years. We have plans to go back to our country Colombia for one year and reconnect again. We have lived in this house for the last 5 years and absolutely adore the space. It is very special to us. We are very quiet people.
