The apartment is on a gorgeous tree-lined block just half a block from Stuyvesant Square, and a few blocks from Union Square and the East Village. The unit is sound proofed and faces a historic church and courtyard, so you can hear the birds chirping in the mornings.
The apartment is on the third floor of a 6-floor walkup. Washer and dryer plus dishwasher in unit. Storage cage available in the basement for a small fee.
We have owned this apartment for the past five years, and absolutely love the building, neighbors, and neighborhood. Looking for tenants who will treat the apartment as their own and be respectful to the neighbors in our small, friendly coop community. We moved uptown but will be in the city if you ever need anything.
References and interview may be required for coop board. One-month security is also required.
