The apartment is on the third floor of a 6-floor walkup. Washer and dryer plus dishwasher in unit. Storage cage available in the basement for a small fee.

Looking for tenants who will treat the apartment as their own and be respectful to the neighbors in our small, friendly coop community. We moved uptown but will be in the city if you ever need anything.
