4th floor 1 bed, 1 bath corner unit with amazing natural light and large windows (3 windows in bedroom, 1 in living room, 1 in kitchen, and 1 in bathroom). Bedroom easily fits a queen bed and could potentially fit a king depending how you set it up. Updated bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher and good cabinet space. Beautiful view of the church across the street. Great storage throughout the apartment including 2 large closets at the entry way and 1 smaller closet in the bedroom. I find the unit to be quiet and peaceful. Really have enjoyed living here but have to relocate for work! Can be flexible with move in date if needed (after Jan 4 and before February 1st ideally).
