I'm a journalist and documentary filmmaker and have been living in this apartment for 5 years. It's such a gem and I couldn't imagine myself ever leaving (I could never find another spot like this with a VIEW.) As I've been traveling a lot in the last couple of years for work, I've started subletting more.
