Seeking a responsible tenant for the full period (June 14-July 9) who is comfortable caring for one sweet cat. Rent is adjusted to reflect the pet care arrangement.

Beautiful, light-filled apartment surrounded by trees in the heart of Sunnyside Gardens, one of Queens' most beloved and architecturally distinctive neighborhoods. A real home with character, warmth, and everything you need for a comfortable extended stay.

The space:
Two rooms (one bedroom, one office/art studio), a sizable living room, full kitchen, and a large private balcony perfect for summer evenings. The apartment is well-furnished, neat and thoughtfully organized, and includes YouTube TV - great for watching every World Soccer Championship match!

Housemate:
Bob is a sweet four-year-old gray tabby who absolutely loves to play and will need daily care - feeding, fresh water, playtime, and a daily photo update sent to me. He's affectionate and wonderful company. This is ideal for a cat lover who would appreciate having a furry companion during their stay.

Neighborhood:
Sunnyside Gardens is a landmarked historic district with mature tree-lined streets, pedestrian pathways through shared backyard gardens, a community feel, and some of the best food in Queens right outside your door. Easy subway access to Manhattan (7, E, F, M, R lines).

World Soccer Championship access:
MetLife Stadium is 40 minutes away by car or about 80 minutes by train.

Other things to note:
- This is the second (top) floor apartment in a two-family row home, accessible by one flight of stairs.
- Building has no laundry. A laundromat is a short walk away.
- Landlord lives in the neighborhood.
- I will clear out closet and dresser space for you.
- I also ask that you regularly water the plants.
