Looking for a roommate to join me in this bright, lofted, modern apartment. I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s been such a gorgeous spot with tons of natural light, open space, and a great vibe.
Location:
On the Bushwick/Ridgewood border, across from Lucy’s Vietnamese, Abracadabra Magic Diner, and Honeymoon Coffee.
A short walk to Rolo’s, local wine bars, and Bushwick nightlife.
7 minute walk to the Seneca M, 12 minutes to Myrtle-Wyckoff or DeKalb L. On a quiet, tree-lined street tucked away from the noise.
The Apartment
In-unit washer/dryer and the best central air I've ever seen in NYC
Furnished bedroom (bedframe, mattress, nightstand)
En-suite half bath (shared second bath for shower)
Private, furnished roof deck and large balcony for morning coffee or evenings spent outside
Sunny lofted living room with huge arched windows and exposed brick
Modern kitchen with updated appliances and an ice-maker fridge/freezer (no dishwasher, sadly!)
Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, semi-railroad
Note: the room has a 3-ft flex gap to the living room (typical loft style), but sound doesn’t carry much outside of living room use
If interested, please share a little about yourself—your preferred move-in date, income/credit, work schedule, cleanliness, lifestyle, and anything important I should know.
About Me:
I’m 25, currently work remotely in marketing, and have lived in the neighborhood for 2.5 years. I like to keep the space comfortable and welcoming—someone who’s tidy, considerate, and friendly would be a great fit! I’m social and very easygoing but also appreciate downtime, and I’m always up for a movie, night out, or glass of wine together.
I’m friendly, clean, respectful, and laidback. l'd love to live somewhere with a roommate I can be friends with but also am totally fine just being roomies! I like making art, hanging with friends, going to the beach, love the outdoors. My current roommate wants to live closer to work, so sadly am trying to find a replacement ASAP.
Preference for female tenants in their mid 20s-30s, though open to anyone who feels like the right match.
