About This Lister

I’m an artist and have lived in this loft for the past six years. Over that time, the space has shifted through many different phases — at times a live/work studio, at times simply a peaceful home. It’s been a really special place to create, recharge, host friends, listen to music.
There’s something unique about the energy here — the light through the skylight and windows, the wood ceilings, the quietness of the building, and the openness of the loft all make it feel warm and inspiring. I really love this space and am hoping to find someone who will appreciate and care for it while they’re here.
