Our apartment sits in a wonderful location right on the border of Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill. Situated near great restaurants and cafes, the space is sun-filled with floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows in the living room.

The Bedrooms

•Primary Bedroom:
Features a comfortable queen-sized bed and excellent natural light.

•Relaxation Room / Nursery:
Our second bedroom is normally our baby's room, but during your stay, it doubles as a quiet, tranquil space to unwind. You are more than welcome to use this room to relax—it has a cozy rocking chair that is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of tea or getting lost in a good book.

The Vibe & Neighborhood

The apartment is in a 4-unit building, so it's very intimate and neighborly. Spring is a fantastic time to be in the neighborhood as it comes back to life after the winter.

Plant Care

If you're a plant-lover, we have a collection that we'd love for you to tend to. If plants ain't your thang, we are happy to take them to a friend while you're subletting.

Please Note

Because we live here, the closets will have some of our clothing and belongings. However, we will leave an open section of the primary closet and a dresser completely available for your use.

About This Lister

I am a California-native with Chinese-Cambodian roots, who's been living in NY the last 6 years. I work at a social impact agency, and my partner is a musician, digital artist, and a Creative Director. My partner and I own the apartment, so it's important for us to find someone who will care for the space.

We are renting out the space while we are traveling back to California to visit family.
