We absolutely love living here and are looking to re-sign with someone open to living with a queer couple in their late twenties, as our third roommate is leaving NYC. Large updated kitchen, bright living room, and separate dining room.

I have a hybrid work schedule and my partner is fully remote but often travels for work. We do like to host friends sometimes so someone that is open to occasionally having people over for dinner, etc. is a plus. Noting that the apartment is very large so you cannot hear people in the kitchen/living room from your room (or our room).
