I'm an urban designer and illustrator (she/her) living in Philadelphia for the past 8 years. I often travel for work throughout the US and to visit my family abroad.
I have loved building this small home away from home, and I hope to find someone who will enjoy and care for this place as much as I have.

The apartment is available mid-November, with flexibility for a December 1 move-in.
I am transferring my lease to a new tenant with the landlord's approval. The current lease runs through July 31, 2026, and the new tenant will assume it directly with the landlord (this is not a sublet).
Interested applicants are responsible for a $30 background check fee, payable to the landlord.
Pets Policy
Pets are welcome with landlord approval, a pet addendum to the lease and a refundable security deposit.
