The 1950's pink and black bathroom was newly renovated, has two medicine cabinets, a full length mirror and a large skylight. The kitchen was also just renovated. It has a teak countertop, brand new appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The living room and kitchen are one large open space and all the floors are hardwood. There's a 19th century fireplace mantle in the bedroom. Both the bedroom and the office have a big closet. There is also a shoe rack and storage space outside the apartment on the landing.

The A/C Utica Stop is across the street in Fulton Park. Stuyvesant Heights is a beautiful neighborhood, especially our block which has so many flowers and has won the Greenest Block in Brooklyn several times. Every year, everyone on the block comes out to plant the flowers together. We are a tightly knit block.

Nearby is a grocery store, laundry mat, lots of restaurants, bars all within walking distance and yet the neighborhood feels like a small town where everyone says, "Good morning."

We wish we could allow pets but our Great Pyrenees mutt, Easy, won't allow it and would bark continuously.
