My apartment is available for weekly and monthly rentals. This is Brooklyn living at its best where Boerum Hill converges with Cobble Hill and Carrol Gardens. Smith and Court Streets form the neighborhood's commercial heart, lined with independent boutiques, cafes, specialty food shops, restaurants, and old family businesses. You'll find everything from artisanal bakeries and wine bars, to hardware stores, yoga studios, and bookshops, all within a short walk. A genuine neighbourhood feel with all the modern conveniences. Walking distance to Downtown Brooklyn, Barclays, Gowanus. Great access to public transportation, F G A C lines, 20-30 mins to mid town Manhattan.

You'll have a floor through, 800 sq ft spacious partially furnished apartment with all needed essentials: bed linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and basic pantry items. Hardwood floors throughout. Split system HVAC for cooling and heating.

Apartment is on the 3rd floor, up 2 flights of stairs. The shared hallway have yet to be renovated, which is why I'm focused more on shorter term sublets with specific dates so that I will not have to put any tenant through construction noise and inconveniences. This does not affect the comfort of your space.
