You’ll be in walking distance to both the M and L train (4 min walk to the Seneca M and 10 min to the Myrtle-Wyckoff L). Situated on the second floor, you’ll have a peaceful view of a large leafy tree, bringing in filtered natural light and soft birdsong. The apartment as well as the entire building have been very well mantained and has a pleasant clean and minimalistic aesthetic.

Your neighbors in the building are a wonderful creative couple who’ve lived here for many years and will be taking care of the building. The neighborhood is full of creativity and charm, making it a special place to live.
