I am a full-time professional artist (oil painter) taking a 5-month leave of absence to pursue a project in Arizona. Landlord and management are responsive and easy to deal with. I have been a tenant in the space for 13 years.

Seek a tenant who will treat the space kindly, as if it were theirs, preferably another painter. No woodworking or heavy sculptural work that would produce dust or excessive debris.
