I am a full-time professional artist (oil painter) taking a 5-month leave of absence to pursue a project out of state. Landlord and management are responsive and easy to deal with. I have been a tenant in the space for 13 years.

Seek a tenant who will treat the space kindly, as if it were theirs, preferably another painter or someone who works with clean media. No woodworking or heavy sculptural work that would produce dust or excessive debris.
Rent is fully payable in advance
