The apartment is a converted warehouse on the 4th floor with 14 ft ceilings, exposed brick, and a corner layout that brings in consistent light. Total space is ~1,178 sq ft, with each bedroom ~117 sq ft (9' x 13'). The room comfortably fits a full/queen bed and includes furnishings, linens, and storage.

Shared spaces include a large open kitchen and a cozy living area with a projector—ideal for quiet nights in. The apartment has a calm, creative energy and is well cared for.

Location is a major highlight: one block from McGolrick Park (farmers market on Sundays), and surrounded by some of Greenpoint’s best restaurants, cafes, and bars. Laundromat and grocery options are within a few minutes’ walk.
Transit: ~10 min to Nassau G, ~20 min to Bedford L or Graham L. Door-to-door into Manhattan typically runs 35–45 minutes.

You’ll be living with three respectful, friendly roommates working in journalism, art direction, and international communications. The household is social but not chaotic—clean, communicative, and considerate.
