Beautiful room with private ensuite bathroom and separate entrance! Facing the garden with most beautiful light throughout the day. High ceiling, built in wardrobe, bathroom even has a window to the garden as well. Fire escape outside the window where you can sit to have coffee/read etc. Very peaceful room, you can hear birds if you open the window, no street noise. It's 2 bedroom apartment and rooms are at completely opposite sides very far from each other, so lots of privacy. You'll be sharing with a female. She also has her own bathroom and separate entrance. Washer dryer in basement! Amazing location in the heart of Williamsburg. Just few blocks from Lorimer or Graham station. Takes 13min to get to Manhattan! Huge supermarket a block away, Wholefoods 2 blocks away, few 24h delis downstairs. Lots of lovely coffeeshops and restaurants around, many of them with gardens and backyards. My favorites so far are Lella Alimentari, Cafe Miguel, Grass Roots Juicery, Ammazzecaffe, Tuffet, Lighthouse, Levantine. Tennis court, basketball court and skatepark is 2 blocks away. McCarren park only 10min walk, with Farmers market every Saturday, running track and exercising area. Very warm apartment, fast wifi. All bills included in listed price. Fully furnished. Available start of March for about 5-6 months. Might be possible to extend, but I will only know that in June. No pets please. Looking to rent to 1 person only.
