We're subletting a room in our gorgeous 4BR/2BA duplex in Boerum Hill (bordering Fort Greene) while one of us is out of the city for a few months.

*The Space*

The apartment is a sun-drenched duplex with exposed brick walls, a big 650 sq ft common area, and a private roof deck with downtown Brooklyn views. It's fully furnished, with plenty of natural light throughout the day. The building is a small walkup (1 long flight up).

*The Neighborhood*

Boerum Hill is walkable, leafy, and full of great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and parks. You're a 10-minute walk to 13 subway lines (2, 3, 4, 5, G, F, A, C, B, D, N, R, Q at Atlantic Ave–Barclays and nearby stations), so getting anywhere in the city is incredibly easy.

*Apartment Culture*

We keep the place clean and take care of it, and everyone pitches in. The vibe is easygoing and warm, with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing.

About This Lister

You'd be living with three roommates, all in our late-twenties to early thirties — chill, active, and social. We love hosting dinners and events of all kinds, and we genuinely enjoy having people over.

J - just wrapped up a creative coding sabbatical and is into fitness, weightlifting, and improv. *
K - works in software dev and game design and is our resident dinner party host.
M - studying interior design nearby.
Me — I do digital strategy for work and outside of that I have plenty of hobbies: comedy, dance, and reading.

I've lived here for two years and I'm heading out of the city to be closer to my parents for a few months for some personal reasons.
