This is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment on the 2nd Floor of a quiet, small apartment complex, located on a tree-lined, peaceful street in Santa Monica. The apartment features large southeast facing windows in the living room area, which brings in beautiful morning sunlight to one side of the apartment and warm afternoon light to the other side.

The apartment is about a 10-15 min walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Main Street where you will find shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Gelson's grocery store is a 5 minute walk, Whole Foods is a 15 minute walk. Shops and restaurants on Rose Avenue is about a 20 minute walk and Abbot Kinney is about a 25-20 minute walk (I walk everywhere on the weekends :).

The bedroom is very quiet with a large king size bed.
2nd bedroom is an office/writing room :). There is plenty of street parking if you have a car. We have shared washer/dryer in the apartment complex ($1.25 to wash and $0.75 to dry). I never have issues waiting to use it.

I'm looking for a chill individual to sublet while I'm away. A writer/someone looking for a quiet place to work/chill would be ideal. The apartment is perfect for long walks and writing. You really don't need a car around here.

The rent is either $1050/week or for a month (30 days) $3750. I prefer monthly over weekly and I can be flexible on the check-in/check-out dates. Apartment can be accessed by key lock box if I am not available.

I am definitely a neat/clean person, but I certainly would want you to feel comfortable.
